In last yearst Shape survey, there was a question whether you believe in CEO Gh@zi leadership. All L6/M6 and above who rated 3/2/1 have either been laid off or are in the layoff pipeline.
So, play safe and give 5 ratings to such questions, basically lick the @ss in surveys unless you are in notice period.
This means that if you want to be laid off, you can give this a low rating.

All that counts is that snps has an utterly stupid, incapable and inept corp leadership team that ruins the company little by little.
And no shape trickery will change that, unfortunately.
I wanted to get laid off, and I was honest on both the GPTW and Shape. It is no surprise how adamant they were that everyone needed to complete the surveys.
Fortunately, I found other work and my only regret is not getting severance on the way out.
They reminded me of my Ansys non-compete on my way out, even though I was doing them a favor.

Yes its not anonymous, the links have are not unique and have IDs in the url (look at the link closely).
