Client executive role the poison chalice ?

I’ve been watching these new CE get their number and realise that they actually are responsible for ITOM Business networks and Cyber. I’ve been invited to their meetings for input…… The ITOM business and Cyber haven’t done big deals in years…..

Has anyone noticed this

The CEs weren't selected for any other reason that that's where they landed during the musical chair exercise that took place in the months prior to the GTM announcement.

It started at the top. They decided we're leaders would land. You'll notice that some leaders who had large teams in F26 are now a standalone individual contributor. Some got placed in completely different roles. Look at Ted Harrison's, Chief of staff. For example. Not all of the leaders appreciated with a landed, but it was the only job available to them. Then the jockeying began. Leaders started going through lists of sellers to pull who they wanted for their teams. Slots were filled in the org models that has been created. This is how employees landed where they did. There was horse trading as well. You take x and x and give me y. Like cattle. More changes coming. Stay tuned.
