My supervisor is unbearable for about a week every 28 days. It is like clockwork. Is this some sort of management technique? Why would she be mostly agreeable and then a total monster out of nowhere?

@OP Ya know, I never thought about that, but now that you point that out. It explains a lot about the swings in behaviors. I thought it was just bipolar disorder. Does it get worse with the premenopause through menopause or reverse?
