Assignments that once seemed challenging are effortless, while senior leaders, managers, and peers quickly realize they’re working with a different breed.

Fidelity’s trash is another company’s goldmine.

Your new employer respects you. Values you. You’re doing meaningful work with purpose. Your contributions have a significant impact. You actually want to go to work again and look forward to it. This is what awaits you. I guarantee it.

You only have one life to live. Stop wasting your time at a company that doesn’t want you or respect you.

Have full confidence in every aspect of all your abilities, and you’ll be surprised with just how much you know, and how much value you bring in every sense of the word.

A fresh start and a clean slate is exactly what you need and deserve. Break free from the belief that Fidelity defines who you are and what you’re capable of.

@fk “Shunned” is such a polite word. Corporate shunning is really just professional exile with benefits.

Nobody actually tells you you’re persona non grata. They just stop inviting you to meetings, stop replying to your emails, remove you from Teams channels, and suddenly everyone has “another call.”

No scarlet F. Just a scarlet letter in the HR system that says: “We’re hoping they take the hint.”

Shunned is corporate for: “You still technically work here, but we’d prefer if you became a cautionary tale.”

You know… your emails mysteriously stop getting answered, meetings suddenly become “need-to-know,” people develop a fascinating inability to make eye contact, and your access gets revoked one system at a time like they’re slowly erasing you.

Basically, you haven’t been fired. You’ve just been administratively ghosted.

What does shunned mean in terms of being shunned by a company? Shunned,such an odd word. Do they make you wear a scarlet F around your neck or something?

Oh give it a rest - asking for equal rights isn't woke. All that hate has gotten us a clown in wh and the world is laughing at us. Most people are busy doing their best and trying to make a living a taking care of their families. There is no conspiracy here. The story is still the same as before - people with money and power take advantage of those without power. Don't let these rich powerful people divide us on made up grievances.

Now back to the topic - yeah I think we have been conditioned to believe that we have no value outside of fidelity. Fix up your resume and start applying. We trust the market right? Get out there and figure out your value. Best of luck everyone.
