Assessment themes are total BS. Such a joke and they are so proud of them. I would love to feed the list into AI and see what it says about the fairness and objectivity of it.

If you were ever in an assessment session and saw how they were actually generated you’d be even more pizzed off
I think if you're expecting AI to be any judge for an assessment list that was probably generated in CoPilot, you'd be disappointed. A barking dog usually sounds the same, wherever you go. You can call the old Standard Oil, now ExxonMobil, or anything else you like. Don't expect it to sound any different.
