Autokinition, operating as Oakland Stamping LLC, will close five facilities in Southeast Michigan. This closure will result in 133 employees losing their jobs. The affected positions include production operators, material handlers, quality engineers, and supervisors. These terminations are scheduled to occur between December 5 and December 19. Many of the hourly workers are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with UAW Local 155.
