I’ve seen posts for Dev Planning Hiring…Is this to refill the lower buckets? I assume nobody wants to rotate thru from other disciplines.
I pity the poor/lucky souls who will be hired…

It is because of the Horizon Challenge. They are panicking
Stay away from Development Planning, for your mental health, physical health and also career health. The worst of the wors A types, inhumans are all locked in a room to rip each other up. Thats what it felt like working there.
