Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Why there are still Aria profiles of those people who where laid off 5 months back.

Just curious , some of the colleagues I know who got laid off months back are still in Aria under their managers. why is Aria not updated?

This is where Datawarehousing comes into picture. Aria refreshes the live HR data at some particular frequency mostly bi-weekly if my assumption is correct. I am not sure why not have a replica database and read it from there. After all its not too much data for a Database company.

Also around 2018-2019, Aria was supposed to shut off and connections or some thing like that was built. After TK left, i think no one could make a real decision. From then on, all PD was basically headless chicken until )L@y became top guy with basically 0 mgmt experience to sc--w up everything.

Aria is garbage. I moved to Florida 9 months ago and did it officially. They still can’t update Aria despite multiple complaints.
