Destroying personal lives and making money is their profession.
Coddling H1B Indians and women in the same sentence, they can’t exist at the same time. If Cisco coddled women they would not hire so many H1B Indian men, the most woman hating people. They bring caste discrimination and women hating and don’t even try to hide it.

Just on a "cultural" level alone, the act of even hiring such ingrained corruption, which by its very nature has an already baked-in hostile work environment, is an unfair/illegal business practice within the USA.
Bigger problem is imported caste system. Whatever the benefits, the drawbacks are way worse.
