The company appears to be steadily deteriorating. Leadership’s message to employees is essentially “do more with less,” while simultaneously pushing broad AI initiatives without adequately understanding day-to-day operations. Teams are reportedly developing AI agents that could enable further staffing reductions. Employees are concerned these measures primarily benefit senior leadership through short-term financial incentives, while individual contributors receive little in return beyond heavier workloads and continued pressure to produce more with fewer resources.
