It's to the point in the DC that I'm afraid to Go to the bathroom for 5 minutes because my OM will harass me about it later in the day asking me why I have a 5 minute gap with no transactions. This is getting out of control ridiculous.

As a former employee, I said everything BC and team were doing in 2014 was just for short term gains to increase investor confidence....and that Target will pay the price in the long term. I guess it didn't take long.

Clearly the lack of investment this company needed. Imagine where stock price would be if all of the buybacks were instead invested in supply chain... BC amd the board need to go. Now.

Company is in a death spiral and he has no answers. There is nothing left to sell and less money for stock buybacks. T hanks board members for everyone's incompetence.
