Does anyone know if Target's call Centers will be impacted

Raise your hand if 1 in 6 people you know at target don't do sh!t! Those are the people I'm hoping are let go next week. Heaven help us if we end up getting rid of good people and keeping the ones dragging us down. I'm guessing it will be a mix.

Can anyone who's been hit by a Target layoff confirm they pay out accrued vacation time in addition to a severance. An earlier thread mentioned that isn't necessarily the case and they are not legally obligated to do so in MN...

For those in HR share how the next few weeks are going to unfold. How will those that will be laid of going to be notified. We all know about how past layoffs have happened. So to our HR reading share or anyone that was let go last week.

I left target 3.5 years ago as a buyer...I see that they now have associate buyers. When did this role start? What do they do? Is it between a BA and MP manager role?

I assume the 401(k) continues to be withheld throughout the 60 day WARN period. How soon after the severance is paid can a person rollover their 401(k) to another to another investment broker? Can you cash any of it out if you're under retirement... — read more
