Is severance one big fat check that gets a huge take by Feds and State for taxes? Or is it spread out bi-weekly like a paycheck based on the # of years you worked?

TTS BA/PM/PAs - what's their status?

Hearing a lot about Merch BAs... I assume the move to agile scrum teams in TTS means less of the BA/PM/PA roles. Any idea if this means huge layoffs in TTS? Please no "I'm better than you because of my role" posts.

The admin here

We'd like to expand "Related companies:" section on the top of the page. Do you have any suggestions on what companies to add? Currently we have Sears, Wal-Mart, Amazon and Best Buy. Thanks!

2 years is a long time to hold ones breath

Even if many of us don't get the ax next week doesn't mean we don't get caught up in the next wave. It's a pins and needles effect and it feels like we are holding our breath for the next time. How can you live like that? Do you buy that car that you... — read more

"New" strategy deja vu

The recent announcement that Target’s strategic focus will be in apparel, home, beauty and “localized” offerings is a repeat of strategies, some dating back to the mid-1990’s, that lost their way over the recent years. For those of us who have a... — read more

It's time to turn up the heat

I am NOT looking for anything vulgar or repulsive. But for those who have Twitter accounts, now is the time to Tweet, and re-Tweet how horrible it is to work at Target. Don't do anything that will get you into any sort of legal mess. But if you work... — read more
