Is that Layoff package?

I think no communication from management is affecting TM's health in a big way. What happened to Target Well Being department. I do not see any email from them these days.

I didn't get one, but my buddy got a mandatory meeting for 9:45am. He received it at 7:30 this morning. He said it came from Target-com.MasterCalendar.

Hopefully this layoff will force people to actually get shit done. Instead of being stuck in analysis paralysis. The color active nature is slow and those who resist should be gone. Break the over management chain

I can confirm the conference rooms now show "offline" for all of the next three days. Not typical.

It doesn't 'have' to be based on anything. Potential, whether or not you're liked, whether or not your role is deemed important anymore. It's probably more arbitrary than anything else.

This time the operational aspect may be different ...rooms /cabs approach may get changed to something else..

Here's an idea...just wait and see what happens tomorrow. None of has control over it anyway.

Let's see a list of all impacted areas. And no "everywhere" or "all"...I want to see specifics. We went through the exact same thing last week and nothing happened!!!
