Nobody can source the rumor, but it is reaching KMG. If they have info on it, they are keeping it to themselves. If this were truly a performance based layoff, KMG would need to be involved.

The way it is going Target India will be eventually sold out to IT Services companies aleast the TTS part. With top heavy and highly overstaffed this is bound to happen

Target has burnt its fingers by 10/10 Layoff. So will not do a mass layoff as earlier but will use "orchestrated" performance appraisal to reduce size.
