Is it just me or does anyone else find the worst part of working for TIAA is becoming their client. Nothing like having your COBRA benefits being threatened because it’s gone into the black hole we all know exists there.

There is no choice. Even if you decide to leave, they are going to ruin your career. They will not change unless they get bad press! This is in no way fair.

Just an FYI, buried in the FAQs - employees that are asked to leave the company due to not being vaccinated will have involuntary termination listed on their U5s for not adhering to company policies!!
