All the real work gets done in North Platte anyway, and it is cheaper to live there. Makes perfect business sense. Finally the leadership team is guiding us in the right direction.

I heard from a former colleague that the OMT program was terminated. Apparently UP got tired of spending huge sums of money on hiring and training just to have the OMTs quit within a year. Any truth to this?
