Severance package question

Can anyone explain why they get to take out RRB Tier I and II, from the severance package payout if we aren’t RR ee’s anymore? When it doesn’t count towards our service? Does anyone know?? Thanks for the info.

Are Layoffs done for the year?

Vena allegedly wanted the 30% cut done immediately. IT has not hit the 30% even after Tuesday. Did other departments hit the 30? Will it be another happy Thanksgiving like last year? Lance/Lynden. . . you can post a reply here... . it's anonymous.
