That appears to be the word from higher up - staff conversions continue to be frozen, though it doesn't appear to be enforced on every team for some reason.

Bob mentioned at the Credit Suisse talk that ViaCBS exceeded the target for cost savings in 2020. Does that mean layoffs are over for the year at least? Doesn't mean we're in the clear next year at all.
