Are more store closures in the making?

Regarding the recent story about Walmart closing its stores at several locations, the logical question that comes to mind is are we talking about isolated closures of stores that weren’t profitable, or is this just the beginning of a planned bigger... — read more

This is how the number of associates is determined

Here is what I was told by a co-manager a few years ago regarding why we were always running on so few people: the number of associates is determined by sales, not the size of the store. Our store is 210,000 sq ft, but we barely have 320 associates... — read more

In to deep

Any other Pc/Tc totally overwhelmed with the unknown of their job, the changes with cp dropping today, efile next week, Core hours, etc..?

Demands are rising and pay is dropping

Those are the words in which I can describe the last couple of years at WM, and that process seems to go on and on. Work, knowledge, experience and devotion mean nothing to this company. How long can this keep going on until people draw the line?
