Just came out of a meeting and heavy vendor cut is coming in ISD by end of this month and next quarter. Some areas will not have any vendors at all. Vendor cut will go on this year due to extremely low budget and GEC leadership direction.

Any update on new rounds of layoff? With recruiting going to be outsourced to the third party, and so many changes in ISD - We all can see more layoff coming our way. Please share any information you may have...

Approximately 10 people were let go in the Compensation area. Other people were moved from their respective roles to fill those some of those vacancies. This is far from over. A few at a time each week and they hope no one notices.

Noticed other positions, that were once full-time, are now being posted on various job boards as temporary positions for extremely low pay compared to what they were when Walmart had them as full-time salaried roles. These are not low level positions... — read more 

People said it was just a rumor when we heard the layoffs were coming for the office associates too- simply bc someone wont risk getting and or sharing the document doesn't mean it doesn't exist!
