It seems as though tomorrow Friday Jan 23 will begin the Weatherford layoffs. Watch for more security personnel tomorrow morning.

Does anyone else hate the waiting game Weatherford is playing with us. Everyone knows layoffs are coming but yet we dont know how many or when.

Word around the office is that we will finally get conformation on layoffs by the end of this week or next. One thing is for sure you if you see a lot of security this week or next its a pretty good sign people are getting walked out.

With Weatherford freezing employees from selling their Weatherford stock until March there is major changes in the works.

I heard that another 10% of global workforce may be getting axed in the next week or so. There have been tons of the private manager/HR meetings and conference calls with a lot of shut office doors

That pretty much sums up my experience here at Weatherford. I can get long hours, layoffs, backstabbing, etc... I can get everything, however, when your leader gives no sh*t about you something went terribly wrong.
