Saw the COO is "retiring" and there were a number of different changes announced both for the Allstate side and the National General side today. Didn't seem like the people I work with knew what was going on, but it's a lot of changes.

Was the overpayment by ADP finally taken out of our last paycheck for those of us that didn’t have the correct amount deducted for tax withholdings at the start of the year on the first paycheck?

I have an interview tomorrow for a new job. What’s the best answer to “why are you looking to leave your current job”. If they happen to ask? I don’t want to bash this place, but this sh&$t hole makes it so easy.

It's ridiculous how much is expected from us for what we get in return. I know this is not exclusive to Allstate, but in my longish career, this place is by far the worst offender.

Hilarious that people give lipservice to customer retention. For more than 50 years, my folks have been Allstate customers. No claims and Allstate has decided it won't renew their home policy. Happiliy saving money taking my business elsewhere
