When did Allstate start using a company called Pilot by Robert E Uhler License 4028069 to handle personal auto policy liability claims? I didn’t know we contracted out our LdU claims.

I’ve heard he is a talented claims executive who makes sure workers are taken care of.

Is it normal to be terminated with just supervisor and manager/boss on the call? No HR.?

Our agency missed 7 months in rolling 12, is the following statement from a previous post accurate? "Agents that miss 7 months out of a moving 12 month measurement will get a 90 day terminaton notice in the 8th month."

Another round of Allstate Asks where Zulfi tells us that they want to know what we think, but then they complain (and target you) if we don't give them the answers that they want.

What does the agency footprint look like? Fewer agents? Far less support staff? AI self serve?

Seven years of clients screaming at me over things I didn't control. Seven years of managers watching my screen. I walked out three weeks ago and I'm still exhausted.
