It looks like everyone on the first call has to take the assessment. It will count for 30% of the overall score. 65% comes from our last two PDS grades and 5% from tenure. 3pm call now in progress.

About 70% being retained through results of assessment and performance. BTE both 2018 and 2019 with over 3 years tenure don't have to be assessed and automatically start filling that 70% prior to assessment results.

LDU, unrepresented, represented, & LDU Processors are being given an assessment. Repped processors are safe and not taking an assessment. Some have a meeting today at 2pm and others have their meeting at 3pm CST. Any other updates on OK office?

I am in LDU Charlotte. I just got an important meeting email for 3 today. Did anyone else get this? I wonder what type of meeting it is. I am shaking now.
