What if we had a federal tax for large corporations equal to the percentage of workforce employed or contracted abroad? 10% staff located in India and Ireland? 10% tax.

Why are there 200+ open positions in midst of active layoffs? How about levering internal talent for these opportunities? Aren't we encouraged to learn new skills? Be agile. Well ALL, be transparent...and not by just saying the word over and over.
