My team didn’t even get the typical Allstate cheapo Starbucks coffee card for Christmas. We literally got zero. Cheapest company in the industry No bonus, no gifts, no real raises for the actual workers.

2022 Pay Increases Posted

Increases across all paybands is approximately 9% for 2022 but I was told by my manager current employees will receive (if at all) no more then a 4% increase. Thanks Allstate only new hires will reap the benefits of the new increases!

First Quarter Claims

What should we expect for claims in the first quarter. We’ve gotten hints and vague answers for the last 5 months. Only told about consolidation. That tells us nothing.
