Simply put, everyone I know who decided or needed to move on is better off for it. As much as they loved working with their AllState coworkers, they have moved on and have a better financial opportunity and job perspective. GOODNESS

At this point of your goal to cut expenses (I agree), keep cutting HO and field HO people. If not, make them work for you and deliver results. They are not managed.

They work long hours(12 + hour days) have more stress than most people, and have a lot of moving parts they deal with. People should keep this in mind as well.

Down to six whole holidays. Why not just get a retail job. At least you can leave for the day and be able to shut it off and not worry about how much you have to do tomorrow.
