Everyone is burnt out and overworked

The joy of this job is gone. They’ve sucked it out. Every last bit of energy the adjusters had is spent. The constant claim volume, the thankless overtime. Does anyone know what the end result is of transformative growth besides a bunch of... — read more

Business lunch to help solve disconnect

If Glenn or Brandt did a business lunch with claims front line workers, and could answer some honest questions workers have, this could help solve some of the disconnect. It could be mutually beneficial to both front line workers, and executive... — read more

Unionize now!

Remembering back about 15 years ago when all managers had to attend a seminar at the regional office regarding how to stop employees from unionizing. Should have seen the writing on the wall back then.

Market share plummets

Don’t be fooled by the Transform plan to take back market share. Several thousand employees were let go, regions combined, work from plans, selling off the Home office in order to reduce expenses in the multi millions. Then run tv ads with new lower... — read more

Eric Brandt: 5,000 adjusters quit in 10 months time (since the farsical Reduction in Force that was based on salary and the company used a third party personality test to justify). Thats a class action lawsuit waiting for the right attorney. The TG... — read more

Transformative Growth

To this day I still think that was a sick term that Allstate used to justify massive layoffs last year to spin it like it benefited employees. Ever since they have executed that plan things have went downhill.
