All signs are pointing to Allstate dropping auto market share again. Rates, Claims and customer service are pathetic.

Does anyone know if any insurance competitors have any chat or non phone positions they are hiring for?

Non claim comment….some in departments are having to STEP UP for the first time in their long prosperous career. They were retained (HR) but no longer have the people to do their job. Oh well. I guess you’ll have to work.

Culture is toxic, morale is low, I think that could be said for all Allstate departments. Still, I wonder which department do you think is the most/ least toxic?
