NatGen Benefit and Job Title Switch in 2022

Assuming no layoffs the rest of the year, NatGen folks will move to Allstate benefits, job titles, and pay bands. Anyone have insight into this? Which bands are bonus eligible? Are the benefits and bonuses decent or sub-par.

Layoffs

Many work related topics are being discussed, but rumors if upcoming layoffs have been tame. My guess is that there will not be any for at least the remainder of the year. Just wondering if anyone as a different perspective.

Complaint to CERT

Do they really only side with management? I feel like it’s become a hostile work environment because of my immediate manager and I’d like to know if anything would actually be done by doing a formal complaint.

What would be a much better idea than TGP?

There is not much to say about TGP. My opinion is that this is the worst thing that could have happened to Allstate. In principle, I don't care much for this company anymore because I plan to go soon, but I wonder what you think would be a much... — read more

I don't understand this

Competitiveness and market trends

How would you rate how successfully Allstate evaluate competitive and market trends? I think Allstate is lost and doesn’t even recognize where the company has opportunities.

It was Great

There were great times and successes. Money/profit will rule, we all know that. I hope AllState continues to prosper and be profitable. I am grateful for the years I had. I just have to say, HR you really could have made better selections.
