Now that Allstate has taken over NG and merged us into their system, I am scared! Allstate doesn't like redundant roles. I was part of the 2020 layoffs with Allstate. I thought I was safe at NG. Now not so much!!

Nothing really new shared or even that interesting of a conversation, but thought it was interesting he is at some “conference” in Aspen and was clearly afraid to say anything pro or against Trump.

As everyone knows, massive layoffs are coming. The first will occur with the shut down of Talent Connection and arrive in late June to early/mid July. October will represent another bloodbath. High estimates put impacted at almost 50%.

Per a number of sources, Allstate is paying up to $50M a year to rename the Big 12 to “Big Allstate”. Thought it was a joke at first but I’m seeing it all over now. That’s a lot of people to lay off to fund $50M a year…

With legal being impacted next per recent posts, and "no communication to the remaining staff about how their workload will increase over the next 60 days", anyone else felt a negative impact on their workload from all the rounds of layoffs?
