Anyone know if there is a correlation between getting cut/deemed safe and the mass call on Friday? Can we assume one way or the other if we got that invite?

I am a remote adjuster with the Charlotte DOC and have heard absolutely nothing.....crickets. I don’t want to reach out to my teammates and risk upsetting anyone. Does anyone know the status with the layoffs for this office?

How much confidence does everyone have about being able to find a new job with the same or higher salary before the end of the year.

This notion of "today layoffs, tomorrow safe" for claims is false. Safe and let go calls set for both days. In fact it is confirmed it will be a sad and tough day for NY/NJ and northeast claims tomorrow.

How does Allstate expect you to perform the same way you have knowing that in two months you will no longer have a job? I’m really sorry for all of those impacted.

A few of my co-workers already got the call that they were laid off. If you don’t get a call today it doesn’t mean your safe, it just means you’re lucky because you get to wait an extra day!

I'm not sure who's in worse position, those laid off or those whose work will now double or even triple but the pay will remain the same. Either way we are screwed.

You get a call with your RCL and CSL. RCL reads a script and tells you that you are let go. On my Team my CSL and the top performer was let go. I dont think performance is being used for the lay offs.

Express property team, out of 12 team members, 5 were let go, including our team lead.

It’s a dark day here at Allstate. So many are hearing their fate today. Total loss is having meetings today. Prayers for everyone. I’m still holding onto a glimmer of hope.
