Former Esurance employee here. It was always hit or miss with whether once someone gave a 2 week notice you world be walked out or allowed to work 2 weeks. How is it at Allstate? If I get a new position, how much notice should I give.

What are your thoughts on Allstate’s choice to disregard the executive order to defer payroll taxes through the end of the year? I am frustrated. This should have been employee choice, not a corporate decision!
