why does this keep happening under Legg?
Stankey's inflated Compensation
AT&T CEO John Stankey's $26 million in total compensation for the previous year surpasses his contemporaries at Verizon and T-Mobile after a committee adjusted his long-term target compensation by $3 million.

U.S. Mobile
Even if you want to stay on the AT&T network, why would you ever directly use AT&T service? U.S. mobile is an MVNO. I was paying more than $70 a line for AT&T's cr-ppiest unlimited plan. With U.S. Mobile I pay less half that! I get all the same... — read more
Jobs get prioritized by the most important and most necessary to be done first.
So managers, think about that when you wonder why you have been reassigned from your normal duties to strike coverage. Hopefully this will give you some realization of reality and knock your big heads down a few pegs.
CWA WEST
National Executive Board approved a strike. Its on the CWA President's desk ready to sign. You think West will strike or what is CWA pulling here?

Management to Tech Pathwat
I’m currently on assignment for contingency and have really been enjoying the work. Being outside has been a nice change of pace. Is it possible to move to a technician position permanently?
3rd Quarter layoffs
October is the next phase of wave 2. Tell us the numbers for Legg org. Is December the last phase for Wave 2? People in the know tell us. No guesses from random people.
Your experience with job hunt
I’ve been trying to leave T for a while now. I’ve been working in T for three years, and I have had enough. It's a very toxic workplace, I haven’t had an opportunity to learn anything new or progress in any way, and beyond a couple of great... — read more
Techs please come back

They're all the same
I worked at Verizon before I joined AT&T. I changed jobs specifically to avoid the toxicity of my old team and having to play politics every single day if I didn't want to be fired (not laid off, fired). I've been here for two years, and I'm dealing... — read more

The other mouse is about to drop, soon! Let’s go D9, hate to waste all that qualified CP training, Stankey wants to put them to work, he only cares about his 3 million dollar raise.

Severanced earlier this year. Best thing that happened to me!

Is the west going to walk?
If not then can we go back to work as we work out our agreement like they are?
I’m just here for the paycheck
In the end. That is all that matters. No commitment to my leadership ( liars, cheats and steals). The company no longer cares about the employees (wonder if they ever did?)
D9 Dist vs Locals
How many locals in D9, and how many of those locals voted down on the TA?
I’m having a hard time convincing myself to stay at T
I’ve been here for a long time, and I accumulated relatively decent savings. But I’m fed up with bad management, current culture, and probably burnt out as well. I still have time to retirement, going for early one is not the option I prefer. I would... — read more
Real reason for RTO?
Has any CEO actually come out with the real reason for RTO? We know “collaboration” is just a convenient excuse. I read something about tax complications but it didn’t make sense.
Surplus day 9/15
Will there be surplus for non-management in SE during a work stoppage 9/15?
What are the fields on the Presence report?
Since we don't have access to this report to enforce RTO, does anyone on this board have access and willing to tell us exactly what is being reported?
T Stock 21.5
Thanks John!!
Explain like I'm five - Why are T and CWA apart?
What does CWA want? What does Stankey want? What are neither of them budging on?
