A leaked email says all their jobs are moving to Dallas or ATL by the end of 2024; no revisiting, no looking at data, the jobs are moving. It's been fun watching this organization litterly burn itself to the ground.

Why are installers so lazy ?
Why is it when tv & internet orders are placed and the box for tech assistance is also checked - our installers fail to do their job ? They need to get off their high horse and pull their cranium out of their external exit cavity region.
Anxiety and depression
Is it just me, or does it seem that anxiety and depression are on the rise among T employees? It's sad how we have all accepted that having our mental health ruined by work is normal and part of life. I've been here long enough to know that there was... — read more
JVB not leaving but being planted
To the person that posted she was going to US Cellular…. You are wrong. She is going to RingCentral before the AT&T buys them out. Just like she did when she left AT&T in 2012 to be the CEO of Cricket. In 2014, AT&T bought Cricket and her to be back... — read more

A voluntary severance package
Since it is obvious that the company wants to quickly reduce the number of employees, why not offer a voluntary severance package? I believe that the numbers of people who would accept it would be significant.

Who is responsible for monitoring Caregiver time off in AT&T?

Outsourcing - till when?
Outsourcing is a reality. There are departments that are completely outsourced, nothing unusual. It is unnecessary to talk about the results of such a business strategy here, because we all see that the ship is sinking. I'm just curious how much... — read more
Future Employers
Our future employers (possibly) are looking at this site and are contemplating whether they would hire someone from T with all the whining they are doing about having to work. Not a pretty picture being shown on here.
AT&T Annihilator Cup Championship
So, oddly enough, this is the name of a gaming prize. The winner was announced on August 1. Some kid with a typical Gen Z handle picked up $100K, enough to pay for a semester, maybe two, at most private colleges today. But if it's called the... — read more
