Hey you, hard workers

Isn't it easier to leave this company than to spend time and energy on constantly making complaints? It is not my intention to provoke, I have just noticed that there are those who always have a lot of complaints and have not yet applied anywhere... — read more

Work smarter instead of harder

I see so many of the younger employees breaking their backs for a company that's only going to reward them with more work and then get rid of them the first chance it gets. Stop working that hard and start working smarter. It might not be ideal, but... — read more

not related to layoffs

Our HOA has a landline at our pool (required by our county to pass inspection) provided by ATT. The bill was increased to $740 per month from $60. Anyone the real reason behind the increase ? (not CEO needs more money etc). Thanks

Cancelled my service

Switched to TMO. Service is spottier where I live but I can rest knowing I wont get surprise fees. Most importantly I no longer give ATT money. How do you expect to sell stuff to Americans when you outsource their jobs? I hope stock goes to $10... — read more

Cricket and Metro PCS have better retail

Deals than ATT even with my employee discount. Both of their networks are better too and they give free or cheaper smartphones. Even with employee subsidies I think aI am being screwed. Why does ATT leave everyone with a screwed feeling on all... — read more

It was not always like this

I know most of my generation is gone (through layoffs and retirement) and that means not many of you will know what I'm talking about, but I remember when AT&T was one of the best employers around. I remember when we were proud to work here because... — read more

new focus will drive job reclassification and layoffs

We're stuck in limbo

The main reason why we can't move forward is the many reorganizations we went through and the constant adding of new processes that only serve to further complicate things rather than simplify them. We've been stuck in reorganizational limbo for... — read more

No longer trying to express any ideas or opinions

It's not that managers ignore the ideas of employees, but in most cases it happens that those who present some ideas and try to be maximally engaged, are labeled as difficult and problematic employees here. Why is that? I know several other... — read more

Return to Office..waste of time

Best decision I ever made

I left eight weeks ago but it feels like I have been gone for as many months. I can't believe how long I allowed myself to stay in such a toxic work environment just because I was too scared to start over somewhere else. I can tell you, without... — read more

ATT does not deserve the best employees

I'm pension eligible and that's the only reason I'm still here. Why do smart and bright people, of whom there are still plenty here, allow their careers to stagnate in this company? I can't believe that my colleague, whom all better companies would... — read more

Archaic leadership mindset

I intend to quit very soon because I do not see any signs that the leadership of this company intends to change its archaic mindset. Do they really think that with such a mindset they will still be able to compete with modern businesses?

Work will not speak for itself
