That survey monkey that was sent out was BS. You’ll get charged if you don’t call in and request cancellation. There is no loyalty offer either for T employees.
Stock Price
AT&T is a sideways stock with a diminished dividend. Debt is still too high, the Board of Directors are cardboard cutouts and c-suite management collectively will pullout over $60 million in compensation!!
Low pay raise
Perhaps I would've gotten a bigger raise if I hadn't put in any effort at all. Nevermind, now I'm just wondering if low pay raise is a red flag that I can lose my job soon? I will appreciate your opinions.
CDC guidence and local rules dont even mandate masks for unvaccinated anymore
Why does management keep beating a dead horse?
AT&T Stock: The Dividend, Debt, And Discovery
The spin-off will allow AT&T to return to its roots and work to lower debt. The yield will still be robust, and the dividend will be well funded. However, since investors will be "inheriting" Discovery, an understanding of that company is... — read more
At&t Business Fiber
We are giving this stuff away.. I guess they figured out how bad our reputation is an need to give it away. How the he-l are we supposed to make money??

Why hasn’t the policy been updated since the new CDC policy last week? We have followed their policy during this entire time, why not now???
Those who received vax accomidations, what were they?
Religious/Medical? WFH, Masks when on site?
2 d*mn percent. I’m done.
ASM here, I got back off a vacation today to find out that I got a glorious raise of 2%. Like, WTF? I took an ASM promotion back in October, and was told my raise this year would be based on performance as a rep (was trending for Summit when I... — read more

5 lines for $160, better price on new phones, and better network. Google TV for $65 is next after DTV debacle.
Workload not divided fairly
Too much work, too much overtime, too little rest. On the other hand, some here almost brag about milking the cow and working the bare minimum. Obviously then the work is not well distributed?
Speaking of the end of the Employee DTV Discount - anyone hear anything more with March approaching?
I suspect that the email Satone Ratnert sent out, most of us elected to disconnect DTV service. I would have thought we should have heard something sbout returning the equipment or at least some communication confirming our DTV service will be... — read more

Workforce shrunk by 12 percent in 2021
Am I seeing this right? I was trying to find how many employees T had at the end of last year (most of the figures are still showing 230,000 from 2020) and the only place I could find indicates that the number has gone down to 203,000. That means... — read more

AT&T shares in 401k, what will happen when the spinoff occurs?
First off, most agree we shouldn't be holding T in our 401k's. With that out of the way, for those that do have some T in their 401k, what will happen to those shares once the spinoff happens? Per the article below, owners of T shares will receive... — read more
ATS back to office
Got the e-mail this morning - ATS (Jeremy Legg) will start going back to the office on 3/1, and we'll be "fully in our hybrid operations" by 4/4 - I understand that to mean "flex workers" back sometimes and "office workers" back most/all of the time. — read more
Sheesh, bottom of the totem pole and didn’t even get 3% raise
Much anticipated management raise didn’t happen. Some said 10% and others said 4-5% with better raises due to being at the bottom of the payscale. Guess all the speculation was incorrect.
Virtual Marketing Summit
What a waste of time. And sending out goody boxes to over 1000 people by UPS had to be pretty expensive. Sorry but I feel so checked out and really don't care. I will do my job for the next few years until I can retire and won't miss this place one... — read more

Hearing rumors that NJ campus locations of Bedmister and Middletown will likely be closed or significantly downsized? Anyone have any more info?
No one here will admit it
that most employees work less than they worked anywhere before and that for that bare minimum they are compensated more than they would be anywhere else. I'm sorry if it offends anyone, but it's true. I have friends who have gone to other companies... — read more
What are the deadlines for giving employees reviews, their salary increase and bonus amount?

How do you motivate yourself to work hard?
I can't. I used to take pride in the fact that I always did my best and gave 110 percent all the time but after years of only getting more work assigned to me as a result, I completely lost my drive. I've never had this issue before, but AT&T has... — read more
Stankey vs. Stephenson
Pick your side. Who did better? Who caused less damage? Or, Edward Whitacre?
It's been too long without layoffs
I've been waiting for over six months for the next round in hopes I'll be affected. AT&T is slacking.
Why are we still opening new stores?
What's the point of them? The ones we currently have are struggling to stay open as most of the people are buying online. This trend is here to stay, everybody knows this. We should be exiting brick-and-mortar altogether and here we are adding more... — read more
