Non-bargained: what's the news on PIPs and rankings

I've been non-bargained for about 17 years; now just a regular L2. At the end of this year my supervisor and her supervisor have been really tight lipped about how performance will be judged next year. But they've laid down some hints about how... — read more

Stankey and Santone likin their chops!

I imagine with all the retirements forthcoming through EOY, Stankey and Santone are finding it hard to control their excitement. I'm sure there is a bonus in their future if a given metric is met. Well maybe it doesn't matter if the metric is met... — read more

Craft Employee VSB

Can anyone shed some light on voluntary separation benefits program, which was put out on 12/1?

Anybody listening to Stank?

Someone asked how the great resignation is changing AT&T's approach to hiring and retaining good employees. He gave the most long winded and go nowhere answer I've ever heard. He basically said we only want employees who come in because they love... — read more

ATT Layoff Pattern

In my org, alot retirements have been announced. I think I'm seeing a pattern. A string of retirements, then layoffs (FMP), a string of retirements announced, then layoffs. Does anyone agree?

Why doesn't T declare bankruptcy?

In the long run it would be better, eliminate all debt now. Start fresh, WM merger would also be better for Discovery. I think it's inevitable, so why not now?
