If the people who do the work in the company are getting $1000 pay out, I wonder how much the slackers and dinosaurs in upper management will be getting.

The only thing they are good at is reorgs and retitles to justify a bunch of AVP's and Exec Directors they don't need not to mention the Directors and and Area Managers.
