Have there been any layoffs today?

I noticed on LinkedIn that the Telecom Engineering company Mountain, LTD appears to be looking for resources everywhere. My buddies have worked with them and say they're great. Hope this helps some of you who have been affected!

Why are there still so many high salary first level supervisors still here that have low number of employees reporting under them. There was some repositioning done with some of the supervisors.

Please post if you have recently been affected by the downsizing. What state are you in? Or are you hearing that your state will be next? Which departments are being affected? Are packages being offered? Or layoffs?
