Team leader is a UT graduate too. In the last ROM, none in that group were let go...

I got 2- in 2016 but avoided lay off because I was in a producing asset. I am now feeling a little nervous. Should I be worried or if I get 2 in 2017 I could be safe?

Pretty freakin' awful. CVX Management preaches accountability. Watson and his buddies need to look in the mirror. The "leadership" are not worth what they're paid. Time for a new lay-off, at the Executive level.

I'm guessing a 1.5% salary program and a 0.9 corporate CIP factor. 2 years without a salary program will cause newer employees to consider leaving. 0.8 CIP (last year) seems low now that commodity prices are recovering. thoughts ?

It was originally scheduled in 2012. We are almost in 2017. I think Chevron has at least 3 Billion sunk in this and counting. Need to generate some money or deep six it and all the overhead associated with it.
