Would a merit increase also indicate safety in the upcoming ROM?

Just wondering if anyone got a merit raise. I haven't had my meeting yet, but so far I haven't heard of anyone else getting a raise. Of course, a 0% raise sure beats unemployment.

Since the Petrotech supplement went from 8% to 5% I'll make less money in 2016 than 2015. Did this happen to anybody else? I guess that guy asking why we don't trim salaries across the board kind of got his wish.

I would assume that the terms are standard and non-negotiable for the Chevron severance...but I thought I'd go ahead and ask. Did anyone try to negotiate some different terms? For health care, or end date, or anything?

You need to get involved with what is going in DWEP before we make the news papers. Financial stewardship is important but not at the risk of a fatality or environmental spill. The leadership changes are not good.
