We need to kick start the economy

The job creators are the middle class and poor, there represent 90% of all consumers. Without customers, no business adds any jobs, when all gains from growth go to the top, the overall economy suffers. That's what's happening right now.

HR Layoffs

HR should get cut. Does anyone really know what HR does? Hell, they don't even know what they do. They're worthless. They have no impact on getting barrels out of the ground, but if you ask them they talk like they run the place.
