With all the mandated expense cuts and layoffs going on, has any Business Unit or Work Group eliminated or drastically changed its policy on Holiday parties and off site luncheons this year?

Chevron currently has 14 open positions listed on their job search. Several of them were just posted on the 7th and are only open for 1 week, which probably means they already have someone for the position but have to post it for legal reasons.
