Other oil and gas companies are cutting everyone's salary, including management, by 30-50%. Would that be a better solution ? I doubt it - the whining would triple.

With this performance, they need to conduct a project called "GET RID OF MANAGEMENT" and fire all of the managers. This performance compares to BP and Shell and even EXXON is petty, ONLY $571 MM profit and 30 cents per share....wow

There are too many expats occupying positions that can be filled by US pay rolled employees. Brits, Nigerians, Aussies, and the list goes on and on.
