How are you keeping track of what’s owed for severance- including vacation, R&As, etc. Do the automatically cut a check? do you get to verify the numbers first?

I am taking vacation in September, which is likely my job posting and selection time. I wonder if I should cancel my trip.

Some orgs already went through reorg recently. Thought they would be out of scope but now even those orgs may be cut. What orgs are out of scope for the reorg? or for offshoring?
