Is there even an idea of where’s the bottom we have to reach in order for a nicely compensated top to actually put some effort into coming up with a new strategy and at least try to turn the ship around?

We have had slogans, not strategies since JW left. Major international BUs have disappeared without a whisper. Still no coherent strategy. Very sad.

Things are going downhill because unqualified folks get hired or promoted over those who actually know how to push us forward. As long as nepotism and the good ol' boys club run the show, we'll keep going downhill. Simple as that.

Last I checked it was below $66. It is in line with Citi's projection and we all know what that means once it goes under $60. A big storm is on the horizon.

The company needs to take a serious look and review of the productivity impact of the various employee groups. While they're great for building relationships and knowledge they're encroaching upon actual business functions and goals.
