I know there are so many Chevron fanboys here, but none of you can tell me in all honestly that this is the same company it was five years ago, not to mention a decade ago. The complete mistreatment of employees is a newer thing and it will cost the... — read more
CTC raising GA rate???
I’m in a meeting with 7 useless CTC members. They just dropped they’ll be raising rates. They’re now our most overpriced and least effective vendor. Don’t people realize we’re fleecing our core work here?
Simplify the performance review categories
I haven't met a single person that sees any value in the 4 categories we have. It's so odd and weird. Since we need to get better at delivery something like this would be better no? Build Relationships: For leadership, this involves effectively... — read more

PMP Feedback - zero consistency
I’m in ops, one of the more challenging roles in our BU. PSG in the realm of 22-23. Complete mixed bag of rankings: VC’s, EE and EM! Lol. I have no idea how to interpret these. As I said, our Team Lead roles responsibilities and pressure to perform... — read more

Hess buy
Does anyone think that the Hess buy may not happen?
What do these ratings even mean?
With the new rating system there is no forced distribution. So is getting 1-2 EE’s the new 2? And then 3 EE’s would be like getting a 2+ in the old system? Etc.. I really don’t know what is normal
No Layoff in IT/Bill Braun Townhall

Thoughts on the CTC Town hall?
It seems layoffs are coming based on what was said. A lot of good questions asked. What are your thoughts around what was said?
A message to MW and Team
I think the fact that I post this here and not on Workplace or some employee survey speaks volumes. For over 20+ years I have been married to Chevron, for better or worse. Honestly most of it, 99% of has been for better. We have not always agreed... — read more
