Hello , from termination letter how to check if u r in bottom 5 or a LR ?

This week I heard from two sources, that directors were asked to prepare another lists for layoffs to execute in Q2 (as usual, after the earnings calls). Anyone heard something similar?

My bonus was $250. This is 1/30th of what I usually get. I have his personal email address so I'm literally thinking about transferring $250 to his paypal account.

Would have been cheaper for my manager to give me a raise, now they are scrambling to save the project. My point is you have the power not your manager.

Seriously... The amount is so small it's like a slap in the face. I'm wondering if my boss was trying to send a message. I can't even make half of my car payment with it. I'd rather of received nothing.

What impression did you get of your manager telling you're layed off? Was he really sorry (and if so, do you still think he feels sorry after more than 1 month)? Was he indifferent? Was he happy?

Who decides who's out? Is it decided on CEO level which BU has to lay off how many folks? And then who decides within a BU? Is every manager asked to lay off an equal number of people?
